Daniel Claims Service, Inc was founded in 1981 by Harley and Linda Daniel in the Lubbock, Texas area. Their son Mark Daniel joined the company in 1996 and has now taken over as owner in 2005.
Daniel Claims Service, Inc. handles Property (Commercial & Residential), Casualty, Large Trucks and Equipment, Cargo, and Workers Compensation investigations for WC and liability claims.
We serve the Texas Panhandle and the South Plains Areas, which include a 125 mile radius of Lubbock, Texas.
Daniel Claims Service, Inc. is a long-standing member of The National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and The Texas Independent Adjusters Association. Mark and Harley have served as officers in both organizations.
